“A man and his wife started a business some years ago and it got to a point that the business was struggling to break beyond a particular level. He read a book about how to build systems and learnt that he needed to build a structure. He drew an organogram of their business and then began to laugh at himself.

They had three outlets as at then and he realized he was the Chairman, Chief Executive, Purchasing Officer, Accountant, Administrator and Driver. The business had grown to a point where it was completely unwise of him as the Chief Executive of the business to use his time to go buy things at the market. It had become a waste of executive time.”

You must realize that your greatest resource is your time. They say time is money. Time is a convertible resource. You cannot be richer than the value you place on your time.

What do you do with your time? How much is one hour worth to you? If you spend time or money, they are gone forever. If you invest them, they multiply back into your life.
